    Hi  CA, Ralf_Guertler

    Please help in fixing the issue as early as possible.

    We are getting below error while loading the data in IMS database.

     

    It seems  BMP does not creates enough Checkpoint - IRLM will abend the BMP (the reload) as the structure is going full. The CA utillity should ensure the amount of checkpoints.

     

    Error.

    RELOAD processing terminated in response to an abend U3307.

    Please see the JES Message Log for messages related to the abend

    RELOAD processing terminated
    An abend occured while processing command

    DDNAME EXTRACT records read: 8,059 selected: 8,058
    (8,058 segment records plus one header record)

    RELOAD completed RC set to 16 High RC = 16

    Hello Rajeev,

    Thank you for your post. Ralf Guertler is out of the office this week.

    A case 760767 was opened this morning on the CA Support web site support.ca.com by Abhinav for this CA File Master IMS abend. A CA technician is currently working with Abhinav to resolve this problem
    The case description of the problem which I listed below is identical to your description of the problem.

    In the future if you have any complex problems or product abends please open a case with the CA support team at support.ca.com. The support team is notified immediately when a new case is opened which allows the support team to provide a quicker response. Community posts are usually used for basic questions and answers so there could be a delay in getting back to you.
