    CA Support is committed to continuously improving your experience with CA Support Online, based on your feedback. We are reevaluating our current process for reopening closed cases. Reopening a case is a serious matter for us because it means that our solution failed. Our potential plan is to replace today’s online process to reopen cases with a new feature that directs you to a live CA Support representative when you need to reopen a case.
