The DASD space allocations that you set up with the Application Parameter Manager for your OPSLOG archiving will be used. These allocations will be overly sufficient as a final archive will always be at least equal to or smaller than a 'normally scheduled' archive. The OPSLOG archive procedure will also release any initially allocated space that was not used.
If you are using the 'new' OPSLOG Archive method, all space calculations are determined by OPS/MVS when initiating the archive, including the automatic initiation of a 'final' archive.
