If you want to transfer from z/OS to Windows you normally use Parameter USERID if the User is defined on the target Windows Box.
If you need to specify the Domain then do not add it to the USERID-Parameter like USERID=\\DOMAIN\USER01. This causes the Job ending with Return Code 16 and error message
XCOMM0106E USERID= END QUOTE MISSING OR INVALID LENGTH
in the Job Output as the Userid can only be up to 12 characters in length.
Solution is to us Parameter DOMAIN to specify the Windows Domain and Parameter USERID to specify the Userid.
