For SMF DIRECTOR sites, CA just delivered a new FALLBACK(...) parameter to address potential OVERLAP warning condition with time-change.
There are some instances where a time-change backwards could result in two SMFD DUMP executions having overlapping data, so CA took the opportunity to allow clients to identify when such a change is to occur, which results on 'normal processing' (a COND CODE 0000) for consecutive SMFD DUMP executions during such a time-period. For details, refer to PTF RO75033 - ADD FALLBACK CONFIGURATION OPTION TO HANDLE OVERLAP
