  • 1.  Remote Viewer client response time

    We are running AP R14 SP0 and AP R15 SP1.

    Our Remote View Client is at R14

    Once both of our AP machines are at R15 SP1, we plan to upgrade the Remote Viewer client to R15.


    Sometimes, when starting Remote Viewer, the logon screen immediately opens.  Once signed in, all windows open quickly (including JUMPING to new windows).  Other times, it could take 45-60 seconds for the logon screen to appear and each window opens very slowly(including jumping to windows.)

    For myself, 95% of the time I have the slow response.  One of my colleagues never had slow response until the other night.  The other night it was painfully slow for both of us.


    In both cases, the windows that are open, respond to commands and scrolling immediately.


    We have always had this issue with Remote Viewer and wondering if others are experiencing the same thing.

    Any ideas?   Maybe R15 client corrects this?

    Seems to be related to the list of machines in the Trusted Remote Host names.  Machines at the top get instant response, the bottom gets slow response.  I have opened an issue with CA.
