    SYMPTOM:

Your MSF link to your AP Server in OPS/MVS is showing as FAILED, and you are certain that your CCIRMTD.RC parms and CCI and MSF parms on the mainframe are setup correctly, and you are running Windows 2008 or above with the AP Server. Also, you find a "You have insufficient privilege to run the OPS/MVS interface" message in your AP Message Recall Window in AP.

    PROBLEM:

You are using a standard windows user account without sufficient privilege to run the OPS/MVS EMA interface.

    SOLUTION:

You must add the following privilege to the Automation Point user account that you are using to run AP:

    *Create global objects

Alternatively, you can add your Automation Point user account to the Administrator group which automatically inherits this privilege.

You can find more information about this privilege requirement at the following link: https://wiki.ca.com/display/AM15/Component+Privileges
