    How to check whether NSE are processing or not is there any way to check NSE files are processing or not

    Hi Mark,

    you can check this manually in C:\ProgramData\Symantec\SMP\EventQueue\ folders and see whether there are many NSE files in queue and aren't yet processed.

    Also you can check logs output via "Altiris Log Viewer" where you will see warning or error messages, related to failed processing of received NSE file(s).

    Hi Thanks IP Need your help i wanted to create a security role which should give only read access to Symantec management console i do not want to give right click option or delete option for end user who is going to have access to console how do i need to perform ,. i have tried mapping all roles and changing the settings eventhough i am getting delete option on when i right click can you please guide the way you guided before Thanks in advance
