Hi,
Is there an OM-API for GSS? If not, I would like to make a request to you for the same, at least for some functionality.
Also, how to get the job status in GSS in a program? Thank you.
I have the same issue.
I followed the video. Running Win2016 with GSS 3.2.
I keep getting Error -99 during imaging process.
Thank you.
Thanks for this new video specific to the new features in Ghost Solution Suite 3.1

Hi Aldwin,
Currently GSS installation is supported on server class operating systems only. Please try it on server class os and let us know if you face any issues.
Hello.
I installed the trial version of SYmantec Ghost Solution Suite 3.1 in my WIndows 7 x64.
It says that I successfully installed the client agent and it it connected, but there is nothing displayed on the All Computers Console
I turned off the firewall, I enabled file and printer sharing, I checked the IP, etc. but still, nothing.
What is causing the problem?
Our company will buy a licensed version IF we make it work.
Thanks for someone who will respond.
Is there a Mac Management Guide or Mac Management videos for GSS 3.1?
How to deploy sysprep image and rename computer name to multiple computers? Thanks!
We've added 2 new videos specific to the new features in Ghost Solution Suite 3.1. Enjoy!
Thanks for the videos! I see that GSS is not a huge leap on from DS 6.5/6.8/6.9 though.
Is there any information about the vCenter 5.5 management and the integration with Virtual Machines?
Thanks for that... it took a while but I found out what was causing the issue... the f: share. even though I had it set to another drive, it was still trying to map it to f! I eventually removed the partition and deleted all configurations on the server and on the PXE config and remade the configurations to map to q: This seems to have fixed the issue... now if only i could figure out why the delpoyment server service keep crashing intermittently, i'd be in a very happy position.
I had the same issue. You need to make sure the ID that you are using to deploy images has full access to the shared folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Altiris\eXpress\Deployment Server. I also created a new boot disk. I hope this helps
I keep getting an error -99 during image process? any ideas?
Great idea! I will recommend this gets added and will let you know.
Will you be adding videos showing how to create and deploy sysprepped imaged of Windos 8.1?
We added 3 new videos. Enjoy!
Very helpful videos. Thank you very much.
Is there a guide to adding drivers to the Winpe environment under Ghost 3.0. It seems to be a little different then 2.5. I have a Dell Lattitude 6540 and I can't seem to figure out the process for adding drivers to the Winpe environment.
rhipps,
Error during install. "Error installing WINPE_x64 pre-boot operating system files from" Anything? anyone?
I ran into this as well. You need to run the initial install from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39982
Select Download the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit for Windows 8.1 for installation on a seperate computer.
Hi Rhipps,
Please log an incident in the beta portal and support will assist you. All beta discussions/issues need to be kept in the beta portal. Thanks.
David
Will there be a video soon on the creation of a winpe ghost disk to use for one off ghosting operations?
I have installed WinPE 5X onto my syste.
I have attempted to create a boot disk for testing and GSS 3.0 will not find the WinPE 5.x files needed. What am I doing wrong?
Winpe adx is installed in the default location "c:\program files (x86)\Windows Kits"
