As of this newsletter, we will no longer use the email method of communicating with partners. Instead, we’ve adopted SymConnect as our main platform of communication around training, program enhancements and emergency notification.

SKUs Added to the Secure One Services Pricelist:
CASB, DLP and SEP are in the process of being added to the Secure One Services pricelist. Symantec Messaging Gateway is already on the list. Stay tuned for more additions to the program!
Learn Central: Live for All Secure One Services Partners:
We now have our own training portal with exclusive content, such as Brown Bag Sessions, Tech Transfers (Engineering to Support), allowing our partners to access training previously available via the BTSP Tech Portal, as well as new training. The first requirement to access this is a PartnerNet Account. After this account is created, alert your Service Alliance Manager and they will get your access to the training portal.
SGARS Training Now Available:
SGARS is one of the most powerful diagnostic tools when it comes to proxy. If you or someone you know needs access, send the information to your Service Alliance Manager. In other news, a “how-to” SGARS training has just been completed and posted in the e-learning portal. We encourage you to have your existing and new engineers take a few minutes to explore this short, but very informative training. This training can be accessed in the Proxy section within the training portal.

-The SCS exam fee is $250 USD (or the country currency equivalent). To sign up to take an SCS exam, one may login to their Symantec CertTracker account and Click Schedule Proctored Exams. Here is the link
CloudSOC CASB Training:
New CloudSOC (also known as CASB) training is now available in a one-day virtual course! We're excited for the opportunity to showcase this easy-to-use technology. To sign up or for more information on the training, go to this link.
Notice of Product Change: Hard Drive for S200 & S400-Based Platforms:
Symantec has implemented a change to the hard drive for products using the S200 & S400 based platform. Our vendor has indicated the Seagate 500GB SATA HDD ST9500620NS is moving to EOL status. Symantec is transitioning in a replacement 1TB HDD, Model # ST1000NX0353 to replace the EOL drive. More information can be found at this link.
