Dear Secure One Services Partners,

This message is being sent on behalf of WW Channels with the purpose of alerting you to a major planned network

maintenance that will impact your ability access the licensing portal. 
It only applies to Enterprise licensing portal for the Symantec ( Yellow) products

Please share this message with anyone in your organization who may need to know.

 

LICENSE PORTAL DOWNTIME

Start time:  Friday, 17 November 2017 at 6pm PST

End time:  Saturday, 18 November 2017 (end time TBD)

 

Scope: The licensing portal will not be reachable during the downtime.

Notes: Trial customers will experience a delay in receiving keys.  For more information contact your Symantec sales contact.
