Cyril Colletaz
Hi, I asked to get access to SGARS by partnerservice. But they inform me that the tool is "internal only" for Symantec now. True?
***************
Dear Jon-Finngard Thank you for your inquiry. Please see the detail below regarding your incident number 30256684. I have checked this issue with a department who works on this tool and been advised that this is an internal tool and it is not offered to non-Symantec employees. It looks like some rules have changed since you were having the access to SGARS. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Kind regards, Urszula Kalecinska Symantec Partner Service
Ah well, I'll wait for it to come available once again. Meanwhile I'll wade through the sysinfos myself, and maybe create my own tooling.
It's only a "reader" for the results actually.
Andy,
Originally this was the old BTSP EMEA page where you had to have had someone set you up an account and been part of the BTSP program.
Obviously now that's been merged into SYMC, but some of that was hard coded and it's been years since I can recall it letting anyone self register for that exact reason.
-- The said attachment --
Hi Cyril, Unfortunately, that link is only available for who had access before that platform was locked down: One needs to register to obtain access, but registration is disabled by the administrator... see attachment.
Access to the tool would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
I checked with our team, and this is the link.
https://btsp-portal.symantec.com/sgars.php?app=homePage
so we keep the same link than before, sorry about the confusion.
Service Alliance Manager EMEA.
Thank you Matthias, Andy,
I will check the link and keep you posted.
Have a nice day.
There seems to be a nameserver issue:
