What is a Support Online project ID?
A project ID is a type of customer site ID on support.ca.com. It is set up for a specified timeperiod which is chosen by a project manager.
It is used when companies have projects going on which means a set of employees or subcontractors/ outsourcers/ service providers may need to access downloads or support case management for a subset of the company’s CA products. An example of a project for which a project ID can be set up could be implementations, upgrades, etc.
Instead of allowing all project members access to the company’s site id which contains downloads and case management for all their CA products, a project site ID ( or child site ID) is created which allows individuals from within and external staff access to only relevant products and cases.
Benefits of using a project ID:

Hi @Timsy Kumar
We will get this documented updated but we do have a new one available regarding Projects. Currently the ability to create projects is not available with the new roll out. However it will be available in the near future. If you need one created, you can contact our Customer Care team.

Hello,
Could we please have an updated version of the Go Live Site Id creation screens per the new Support Site? The screens look completely different and I haven't been able to find the link for creating and reviewing Go live site id based issues easily. Thanks, Timsy
