Tech Tip: SOI 3.2 Remedy Helpdesk Integration

The SOI/Remedy ticketing integration requires the PAM-Remedy connector, but this connector is not installed on the PAM server and it is not available on the SOI installation media. You need to request T373679 from support in order to the PAM-Remedy connector.
