  • 1.  I have a couple of issues

    I cannot see my VMware product to down load and every time i try to log a support call is this  error OKTA token is missing, Please contact OKTA admin.So I have not download and I cannot log cases either ?I am unable to find my VMware product to download, and every time I attempt to log a support call, I receive the error message stating that the OKTA token is missing. It instructs me to contact the OKTA administrator. As a result, I cannot download the product or log any support cases.

    Please contact support directly,  https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/contact-support   - there is no customer support forum on the Broadcom Community.   It was decommissioned last month.   Thanks  Jason McClellan, Platform Admin

    I have the same issue, and the linkhttps://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/contact-support is not helpful for opening a case because I always get the same error ("OKTA Token is missing") and I can't download anything.

    Hi @all.

    Same issue with my account. The suggested link leads to the support page ended by  ("OKTA Token is missing") -Error.

    So please give a hint how to contact support when the support can not be contacted via the standard method.
    Browser: Google Chrome 137.0.7151.120, Cookies allowed.
