I cannot see my VMware product to down load and every time i try to log a support call is this error OKTA token is missing, Please contact OKTA admin.So I have not download and I cannot log cases either ?I am unable to find my VMware product to download, and every time I attempt to log a support call, I receive the error message stating that the OKTA token is missing. It instructs me to contact the OKTA administrator. As a result, I cannot download the product or log any support cases.
