    Hello

    I am trying to capture an image using the prepare for image capture task and it keeps failing with error 2147221005, I cloned the 2 previous task we had setup but it doesn't work.  Support had me recreate the  pre boot environment but that made no difference., 

    not sure what else to do at this point. we had PS set this up for us and now I am trying to image a new PC by cloning the tasks they setup. thank you.
