    I cannot log a new support case as it says 'user is inactive or details not found!' I have suffered a major HDD crash due to flood damage and I am trying to reload the software VMWorkstation but I cannot see anything in my downloads can someone from support help me please?

    Please contact support directly,  https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/contact-support   - there is no customer support forum on the Broadcom Community.   It was decommissioned last month.   Thanks  Jason McClellan, Platform Admin
