Bitlocker and patch management

Hello, new here.  Hope this isn't one of those this has been answered a million times questions.  I would like to integrate suspending bitlocker with my patch jobs.  The best I could find on an internet search was /bitlocker AlwaysSuspend, in the patch script.  During the discussion I found that in, they said they couldn'
t incorporate that into the native patch management script as it might interfere with other encryptions programs.  I would like to use that parameter, but I don't see where I could put it in the policy.  Can anyone assist me with this or other techniques to suspend bitlocker while patch management runs a policy?

Hello there. Can you calirfy a littly why would you like to do this? The only "patching" I used to suspend BitLocker were the feature updates (now not needed anymore with Enablement Packages). Everything else I do not suspend BitLocker and everything runs without issue.
