I can confirm the Create a Project functionality is now live, which is great.
I have been informed that the "Create a Project" update will go into production this Friday and should be available by Saturday
Not sure if you notice the article Creating a Project on a Customer's Behalf and I've successfully created a Project for customer. Let me know if you need assistance on this.
Do we have an ETA for when Project Managers will be able to create a Go Live Project siteid like we could so easily do in the previous system?
Thanks for pointing me to this. The challenge is when you go to open a new case, it asks for Products and it asks for Client Name. And those are mandatory fields. So, if I want to choose multiple products - I cannot. And also in my case, my client (Target) is not available in the "client" dropdown. Hence I cannot create a case to open a Go Live Project. I have tried chat and am now exchanging emails with Support Managers but this was way easier to do, than now. Please take the ease of creation criteria into consideration when that functionality is made available to Project Managers. Thank you so much!
