1. Please open "Altiris Log Viewer" from "Start" button menu on your NS Server
2. In opened "Altiris Log Viewer", click on "Options" button above -> "Log Options" -> check "Trace" & "Verbose" checkboxes on left side of "Log Options" dialog and click "OK"
3. Open "Services" on NS server and restart "Altiris Object Host Service" service -> after this, click on "Reset Agent" button in SMA UI (like on pic above) -> check logs in opened "Altiris Log Viewer"
4. All gathered logs are in "C:\ProgramData\Symantec\SMP\Logs" & "C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Agent\Logs" so you share them or find there error/warning messages to better understand a reason of CTA registration failure with Task Server.
