DLP FlexResponse Action Failed

    ​Hi,

    Trying to install Data Access Governance, but the flex response plugin action fails.

    Below is the messages at the history tab of the incident :

    "FlexResponse Action Failed 
    [Data Access Governance] failed and threw an exception:
    RuntimeException: An error occurred when connecting to the
    Data Access Governance Server: MessageBodyReader not found for media type=text/html,
    type=interface java.util.List, genericType=java.util.List<com.symantec.dlp.flexresponse.
    dataaccessgovernance.client.DataAccessGovernanceRestResponse>..
    Please refer to the troubleshooting section of the Data Access Governance Implementation Guide."

    Any suggestions ;
