     Hello all,

    We have a strange issue in our Altiris 7.0 environment.  Our filters based on Active Directory OU's are becoming corrupt.  The AD import is finishing successfully and I can see the OU's in Altiris.  I can recreate the filters from scratch, but all the existing ones say [non-readable].  See attached file.

    The error at the top of the filter states "You do not have access to 23 of the selected items. These items are labelled as '[non-readable]'. If you deselect such an item you will be unable to select it again"  I have verified nothing has changed with security and I do have rights.

     

    This has happend a handful of times now and it is getting to be a real pain.  Especially because we have one filter that has 23 different OU's in it.

    Version Info:

    -Symantec Management Platform MR4 7.0.8800

    -CMS SP2 MR3 7.0.14

     

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
