I am having a hard time getting all of our licensing figured out for Altiris Deployment Server. We started using Altiris around 2003, and we had a campus agreement for 20,000 clients.
Also most of our client base is made up of HP thin clients, which I remember have a Altiris Deployment solution (full license) built in to the product. I havent gotten a straight answer yet regarding if we need to still include these HP thin clients when I tell Altiris/Symantec that I want to renew our support/maintenance agreement, and upgrade our licensing so that we will be able to move to DS 7.2 when it is stable.
Has anyone in the community dealt with migrating over from the old "campus agreement" to the new Symantec licensing protocol?
