    My apologies if this has already been a discussion thread. Does anyone know how to add or remove features from the ServiceDesk report group action menu?

    These are hardcoded and cannot be changed at this time.

    This functionality hasn't changed in Workflow 7.5. I'm currently not aware of any plans to modify this behavior in any upcoming releases.

    The issue I have is related to the need to expose a direct link for a dialog response workflow from a report. Any ideas? Thanks.
