Blocking SMB Traffic with IPS Policy

    I am working on an IPS network inbound and outbound policy within Data Center Security.  I need to block SMB traffic but cannot seem to get the IPS policy to work.  We have IPS enabled for network traffic and I do not see the denies to review the data.  How can we block SMB traffic (TCP 445)?
