    Posted Jul 28, 2011 09:10 PM

Getting the error again when we go to http://[servername]/ProcessManager/Portal/

log in and then get a white blank page at the following page

    It defaults to http://[servername]//ProcessManager/Portal/PagesList.aspx

If you remove the pageslist.apsx and put a former page in then you get in finem

    http://[servername]//ProcessManager/Portal/Template20_80.aspx?PageID=78efa586-1ab6-48fa-9fff-5675f620adeb

    The same with all users?

Is there a home page set for users:
Admin > Users > Accounts > Manage Users > Manage User > Process Manager Settings > Home Page

Or any changes to Account Management > Users First Page or Customization > Home Page in Admin > Portal > Master Settings

    recomendation is use http://[servername]/ProcessManager/

    as the base link

These are all base settings to SD 7.1 -I have not started to change stuff yet.

mine is set to  ~/Account/Default1.aspx as base home page

next admin user is blank default home page

Account Management > Users First Page - Users First Page*  is set to ~/Account/Default1.aspx

Customization > Home Page- homepage content is set to ~/Account

when I put in /ProcessManager/Portal/default the page is redirected to ProcessManager/Portal/PagesList.aspx

So I changed the   Account Management > Users First Page             to http://[servername]/ProcessManager/Portal/Template20_80.aspx?PageID=a6584752-fceb-4d37-8324-627eb2942b98
