Hello,
Would like to know the difference between these two metrics:
Bytes Out Avg Rate Vs Bytes Out Avg
Am comparing Bytes Out values of a circuit between eHealth, CA IM and Solar Winds. Here are the results:
Product Bytes Out Avg Rate Bytes Out Avg
CA IM 1.5 GigaBytes 1.5 Mega Bytes
SolarWinds 1.5 GigaBytes <Just one Metric representing Bytes>
eHealth <Just one Metric representing Bytes> 1.5 Mega Bytes
Interface Utilization Trend view and even Dynamic view by default uses Avg Rate. Not sure which one is correct. As per out network engineers, there is no way the circuit can hit 1.5 GigaBytes and think that the values in being presented for Average iis correct. But if i select Bit In/Out Avg Rate the values matches with eHealth Bits In/Out Avg.
Please advise.
Regards,
Prash
