Haven't really been involved with downloading and testing sprints myself so this may appear to some as a dumb question.
It my belief, customers are given access to download sprints so they can try out new features and offer feedback before the feature makes it into the GA release. Feedback can come in two forms:
1. feedback on the new features, usability, etc
2. any problems, errors encountered on using the feature or the product as a whole.
My dumb question question is: where are polaris members offering feedback on sprints, in particular errors encountered. I don't see a lot of activity in that regard in the messageboards. Is there another location, form, whatever?
I ask these questions as lately I seem to be encountering a lot of problems within the GA releases, things I pick up within 5 minutes from installation. In our production environment we are stuck on an old 2.2.2 release as nothing after that offeres any stability in our environment. Local support has arranged for a phone chat on this problem
Up to now I haven't downloaded sprint's as I don't have resources, people and servers. However post Xmas I am thinking of requesting additional servers to setup a second test enviroment for testing sprint releases. I am only willing to put in the effort for this if there is some efficient way of reporting problems.
