Tech Tip: How to allow access to CCA from a Active Directory Group

This document describe how you can allow minimal access to CCA UI to a whole Group in Active Directory \ LDAP

Note, this is Unsupported, but the community can assist as applicable

 

  1. Log into EEM UI
  2. Navigate to the Scoping Policy

  3. Click on cca_global_user_access
  4. Under the Identities section, for the dropdown box of Type, select Application Group
  5. Then click the Search button
  6. Next, select the Group you want and click the Right Arrow Icon

  7. Repeat the same steps for cca_readonly_access

  8. Note, this only allows access to UI, you will need to go into each scoping policy the add access to the other tabs \ sections
