Hi Naveen,
Every Identity Manager task being used in Identity Portal must be exposed to web services (TEWS) then the connector needs to be restarted in order to use it.
Go to IM to modify the admin task of Forgotten Password and check the box to exposed to web service.
If you encounter further issue please open a ticket with support and they will assist you.
