Hi Ludmilla, 
don't know if this captures your question but the Aria Chatbot on SDM 17.3 comes with predefined language files for the out of the box model  (domain.yml and nlu.md).
You will find those together with the instructions on how to apply the localisation in the <casm-bot>\locale folder.  
In general, those files together with the right SpaCy library applied (as described in the readme) will be a good starting point .
