Are you trying to use CA Support Automation - on CA Service Desk?

 

 

Analyst UI can't run without Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6 or higher. Install
JRE.

​Does the JRE need to be installed on the SDM server, or the analyst's machine?

I would have thought the analyst's machine, but this article implies otherwise:
