Please ensure that the following line exists or add it:
in Audit xml file. (then import it into IDMMANAGE) :
<EventStatename="PENDING" severity="NONE"/>
When you open up the xml, you'll see three other event states listed by default. Just slip the above lone in there with them.

Even after following your suggestion, the Audit Pending Approval report comes out blank.
