Sometimes we are fighting for simple errors and we cannot find a solution alsome we cannot find a solution therefore i´m writing this document to help us.
when we trying apply some FIX we can get this error "Failed to copy" "Access denied (0x5)" like this next picture
and we can solved this problem do it a simple thing, run a APPLYPTF.EXE like administrator (see picture).
