Hello Brian,

 

Did you find the Integration Services (IFW) version details in ".com.zerog.registry.xml" under \Program Files X(86)\Zero G Registry folder?

That TechDoc explains the registry key. I guess I wasn't clear though - I was asking for the best way to determine the version of IFW that is installed.

Since the issue is caused by an older version of IFW, can someone indicate where you would look to find the currently installed IFW version number? On windows there is a registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Integration Services\DisplayVersion - but is there a CA file to look in for this info?
