Tech tip

Problem:

After upgrade to IM 2.4 you may not see the new color scheme in your browser.

(New is a white color scheme, old was blue.)

Solution:

We have only seen this problem in chrome, and the solution was to clear the cache.

Here's how to clear your Google Chrome (most recent version) cache:

1. Click on the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.

1. Select Tools.

1. Select Clear browsing data.

1. A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed.
