What is the correct procedure for exporting Policy Manager policies between Spectrum environments?
Answer:
When exporting and importing policy manager policies between different Spectrum environments it is not possible to copy legacy policy related .xml files located $SPECROOT/PolicyMgmt/Spectrum from one Spectrum to another as since Spectrum 9.2 we have moved to a Policy Manager GUI and the information is no longer stored there.
The correct procedure is to export the policies using the Modeling Gateway utility from one Spectrum environment and then import them on to the other Spectrum environment using Modeling Gateway.
