Downloads from support.nimsoft.com now available from support.ca.com

To download products, log in to support.ca.com and choose Download Center. From there, you will have access to all products connected to your profile. If you

Hello, Daniel.

As David saying, once you logged in to nimsoft-era portal (http://support.nimsoft.com), you are able to copy link address of each hyperlink.

Although I can not paste the direct link here since the community space is public to everyone, you can do it for your customer.

The exact link address allow your customer to get it without credential check.

did you try using the direct link from the support.nimsoft downloads page???

 

downloads from support.ca.com are locked into a valid user logon, no direct links are going to work.

further more the downloads are logged for reports to management.

Hey Dave! thanks but that's for probes. I'm talking about the installers exe's for the robot, hub, and IM Tool. 

I can still access all the UIM downloads off the old site  but if they are thinking of getting rid of it and only using support.ca.com then you have to keep those install exe links available for many MSP's in my situation.

right click on a probe download icon > copy link address

 

See if that link address will work.

Hello, please provide a direct download of the individual UIM exe's like the robot installer, hub installer, IM.

I need these direct links as I have to send these to clients who have to download the exe w/in their environment so we can set them up. We need these direct URL's as were and MSP and our clients don't have CA accounts.

The probe archive from support.nimsoft.com is not available on support.ca.com.  Will these be moved over for customers who still need them?
