Recently, a customer advised us that the new table format for the Changes and required Upgrade Actions in the Change Impact and Upgrade Guide (commonly abbreviated as CIG) did not display all entries correctly in PDF output. The on-premise guide was reverted to a standard linear layout for better viewing in a PDF. However, the SaaS guide is still undergoing localization. Therefore, we cannot update it on docops.ca.com/ppmod.

We'll post two PDF editions here.

• The first represents the standard CA DocOps output users can obtain when they click the PDF icon at the top of the page. 
• The second represents the PDF output users can obtain when they right-click any page in their web browser such as Edge or Chrome and choose Print to PDF.

No format is perfect. I'm seeing advantages and disadvantages to using each. To fix the PDF issues, we will reset the SaaS CIG to a more traditional linear layout. This layout allows sample images to size themselves using the full width of a printed page.
