Please note that if you are running MacOS you want to ensure that you have a minimum of Docker-Machine 0.12.1 before launching the API Gateway. You can tell which version of Docker-Machine you are running by bringing up the Terminal and running: docker-machine --version. The current latest version of Docker-Machine distributed with Docker is 0.13.0.
