CABI 6.1.x install complete but no reports can be generated

Issue:
We have now installed the CABI 6.1, but we cannot get any report. We are getting the message:
No records found
or
Error filling report
Error message:
net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRExpressionEvalException: Error evaluating expression for source text: $P{scr_ca_customMethods_SCRIPTLET}.getBeginDateasString( $P{p_dateSelectionMode}, $P{p_preDefTimePeriod}, $P{p_daysOrHours}, $P{p_userDefTime}, $P{p_beginDate}, $P{REPORT_TIME_ZONE}, $P{REPORT_LOCALE},$V{v_offset} )

Be sure your browser locale setting is set to English
