There is no command line parameter for the detail message. If we need to provide a detail message that is different from the summary, we have to use an input XML file.

I am interested in learning more about these mysterious commands and xml's that are just sitting at the root of SOI. I looked in the admin guide for that command and I did not get a hit. What manual did you find the documentation on these.
