Hi Team We are having issue of auto creation of contacts in servicedesk. Auto creation working perfectly in NO MULTI TENANCY but the other environment has Multi Tenancy enabled and auto creation is not working. We have to create manually by File->New Contact from LDAP and merge the contact....
