Re: Workflow Task Permissions

Hi Celso, If this is indeed a EEM permission problem, and it's a dev environment, you go ahead to EEM server, select the Process Automation App > Login > Manage Identities > Search for your user and add these permission, so basically you can do anything. #caembeddedentitlementsmanager(eem) You can find more about it here: Grant Administrators Access to CA EEM - CA Process Automation - 4.3 - CA Technologies Documentation

unable to uncheck common components while installing fresh sdm

Our prod environment is integrated with eem n pam. so after restoring prod mdb in dev environment and install the application, it detects configure common components already 'checked' i.e integrated with eem n pam. and im unable to uncheck these 2. pls which entry in mdb table should i update so it will not detect eem n pam. we dont want eem n pam in dev environment. pls note that i already update usp servers and dlgtsrv table with dev environment localhost

Spell MAcro for Request workflow task.

When an end user initiate a request, he/she select their Manager and save the ticket. WOrkflow task assignee field populates based on Manager field selection by end user

RE: workflow task based on available & not available

If you change the Category as solution, take in attention the delete null properties and keep tasks options on Options Manager

RE: Spell MAcro for Request workflow task.

Task 1 -> Approve by group member Task 2 -> This task has custom field name Manager (attribute: z manager [srel - > agt (analyst) ] in cr wf object Group member will select Manager Field and then approve the task. Task 3 -> This task should have the assignee = Manager field selected in Task 2 So on Pending status of Task 3, can you advise with action macro which will work like this.?
