When a connected target window was minimized to task bar for several hours, the session is disconnected forcibly.

We use PAM Client on a server by connecting of RDP. On this server each user who connect by RDP has each installed PAM Client.
By using of the PAM Client, when a connected target window was minimized to task bar for several hours, the session is disconnected forcibly.

I think it is not a correct working of the PAM.
Anyone has any similar experience and know solution?

What is the timeout setting configured in CA PAM for the connections?
Do you see the connection closing before the stipulated time?

We got a bray screen without any information when open a window of PAM Client from task bar after several hours.

Please refer the attached screen shot.
Regarding the time put setting, could you please let me know which setting you mentioned?

How about the gray screen? I think it is not normal working of PAM.
If any setting will make this gray screen I want to know it.
