Via CAPAM, can we connect to the AWS serial console?
If we cannot connect to the AWS serial console due to PAM specifications, please let us know.

Hello, Are you talking about connecting to the serial console of target devices running in AWS? This would be possible to do with PAM using SSH access (SSH key authentication), once you have SSH access to the console enabled and the public key pushed to the instance. If you are asking about the serial console of the PAM appliance itself, the answer would be No.
