Hello community,
I installed a unix agent on red hat 8 system, following the steps shown in
Automic Automation: UNIX Agent Installation (Automic Automation 12.3 and Higher)
, but this agent is not showing/activating in AWI. Although when starting the agent, it returns the process ID pid, and this process is shown when running ps -e in console.
I would like to know what could avoid the agent in Red Hat to be activated normally?
PS: I have been able to activate other unix agents on Centos with the same procedure, but not on red Hat.

Hi,
The question is posted into the wrong community, unfortunately, I cannot move it for you.
Could you create this thread in the
Automic Workload Automation
community?
