Evening,
Currently Spectrum is our centralized alerting platform. Recently, we moved to APM SaaS, and we want Spectrum to pull alerts down from APM SaaS. The documents indicates that is should work, however, we are having problems. First, all traffic exiting our infrastructure and going to the internet is required to go through an internal Proxy Server. Basically, the connection, can't go out straight to the internet.
I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this issue and found a solution OR is there another method to pull in Alerts from DX APM SaaS into Spectrum?
