 Service Type Tag in Incident Search displays Delayed Server Response

Hello,

When I open the incident Search page, and click on the Service Type, it shows Delayed Server response.

Hi @Shamsheer Ali Khan,

You can check the last stdlog file updated on NX_ROOT\CA\Service Desk Manager\log

The log maybe have the further information about it.
