Recreate Web UI policies and data

Hi,

We have been testing on a test AutoSys Web UI and we would like to have a fresh start.

How can we recreate all WCC policies for AutoSys?

Hi Jose,

If my understanding is right, you don't want the modified WCC policies in the your EEMServer which WCC refers, instead you want them to be recreated afresh?

Then please refer the following links which talks about how to deregister and subsequently register with product required policies

One need to run the above commands from the following location
cd $CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION/safex/

Hi,

I wanted to also give you a way to backup the existing policy as well in case you want to save it.
When you logon to EEM, first click on the configure tab.  Once there, click on 'EEM Server' and you will then see a list of options.  The one you want to select is 'Export'.  Once you click that you will have a set of objects that can be exported.  For a specific application, I normally only select 'users, user groups and policies' to keep only that applications data.
